As a courtesy, I provide appointment reminders by E-mail and/or phone.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be subject to a $35 fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged 50% of the service missed. This amount must be paid prior to any future appointments.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments that follow. If you are more than 15 mins. late, a reschedule time will given to accommodate others and allow for your best facial service.
If it is your first appointment please arrive 5-10 mins. early to sip on some tea and give your self enough time to fill out a consultation intake form to better assist you with your treatment.
